Russian Semi-Finals in Rybinsk Russia. There will be many high level lifters (Masters of Sport World Class) there and you will have an opportunity to compete beside them and meet them. For Men - 24kg or 32kg Biathlon, and Long Cycle. For Women - 16kg or 24kg Snatch only.
