After the holidays I will be offering a 21 day Jump Start Detox and
Cleanse Nutritional Program. These plans are designed by registered dietitians and are clinically proven. I will also be starting one myself. All plans will include the following: Nutritional Assessment, nine one-on-one personal training sessions, weekly body fat evaluation,weigh in, and body circumference measurement, and multi-vitamins (CLA, Probiotic or Thermogenic supplement). All program participants will take before and after pictures. There will also be a contest for anyone who would like to challenge themselves in this way. The person who loses the most body fat (not weight) will receive a one month free membership to either the KettleHell BootKamp or the upcoming HotBody BootKamp. The 21 Day Jump Start is available to anyone who is interested in looking and feeling great. Please pass this information along to all your friends, family, and co-workers. About Detox and Cleanse Nutrition Plans:
Lifestyle and emotional toxins build up over many years. The
liver is the first organ that filters toxins from our GI tract.
Many digestive problems such as constipation, diarrhea, food allergies,
diverticulitis, Celiac disease (malabsorption disease), colitis, IBS and
Crohn’s disease are related to toxicity deposits in the liver and colon.

Fruit Detox & Low Glycemic Plan
This 21 Day Jump Start program begins with a fruit detox and cleanse phase
for the first 14 days followed by 7 day low glycemic phase eating plan. The
fruit detoxification and cleanse phase uses primarily low glycemic fruits and
juices to help the body eliminate bad bacteria while giving the body more
energy to devote to cleansing and healing. The primary protein source is
derived from eggs. The final 7 days of the 21 day plan moves away from the
detox phase and follows a strict low glycemic plan where the glycemic index
rating of all carbohydrates is rated no higher than 55. This means higher
sustained energy levels and better metabolic management for weight control.

Veggie Detox & Low Glycemic Plan
This program begins with a veggie detox and cleanse
phase for the first 14 days followed by 7 day low glycemic phase eating
plan. The vegetarian detoxification template is loaded with green vegetables,
nuts, fruits, lentils and gluten free carbohydrates to help the body eliminate
built up toxins in the liver. The primary protein sources are derived from
eggs, fish and some tofu. The final 7 days of the 21 day plan moves away
from the detox phase and follows a strict low glycemic plan where the
glycemic index rating of all carbohydrates is rated no higher than 55. This
means higher sustained energy levels and better metabolic management for
weight control.

Meat Detox & Low Glycemic Plan
This program begins with a detox and cleanse phase
which include lean meats for the first 14 days followed by 7 day low
glycemic phase eating plan. The animal protein detoxification template is
full of organic chicken and beef sources of protein along with lentils and
black beans for cleansing. Our elimination process begins by avoiding all
dairy, gluten/wheat grains, caffeine, fish, shellfish and corn products. It is
loaded with high fiber fruits and vegetables along with providing you with
low glycemic, high nutrient based carbohydrates such as brown rice,
broccoli, and asparagus. The final 7 days of the 21 day plan moves
away from the detox phase and follows a strict low glycemic plan.

Yeah, yeah. I know. How much?
I thought about this a lot and I wanted to give a price that enabled me to give my best effort without being so much that it would deter someone who really wanted to do it, and is capable of doing it.

Chill out!, Ok, its $349. The program is AS IS. No Modifications.

Think about it like this: Nine personal training sessions from the average personal trainer at a commercial gym will cost you no less than $40 an hour, then add the
cost of the supplements to that at GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, or even
Walmart prices. Get your calculator out. Its a lot more than $349 and we
haven't even talked about all the other extras (read the first paragraph
again). The 21 Day Jump Start will start in the first week of January. This is first come - first serve, and only one time per person. I will never do this again and deadline for entrance is the 31st of January. The day after my 39th Birthday. I'm getting too old for this! :-)
