Doug not only lost a lot of weight (60 pounds) but a lot of fat (31% was his initial body fat measurement) as well as building muscle, strength and superb conditioning hence his results at the WKC Long Cycle Championships 2x20kg Longcycle for 80 repetitions. How did he do it? He simply trains at ATC 4 to 5 times per week in conjunction with following a meal plan. Doug has been following the same meal plan I created for him in 2009. In addition to the aesthetic changes his last physical showed significant decreases in unhealthy cholesterol and increases in healthy cholesterol. The method is quite simple but the effort and discipline required are not.
